- Our parents, affiliates, service providers, business partners, and other third parties.
What We Collect. The information we collect about you may encompass, without limitation:

- Information on actions you have taken while using the Services.
Automatic Collection. When you engage with the Services, we may employ automated means, such as cookies and web beacons. A “cookie” is a text file that websites send to a visitor’s computer or other Internet-connected device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser. A “web beacon,” also known as an Internet tag, pixel tag, or clear GIF, is used to transmit information about actions of the user opening the page or email containing the beacon back to a web server. Additionally, we may utilize third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that collect information about the use of the Services and user traffic.
Statistical Information. The information gathered automatically is statistical data and may include personal information. This data aids us in enhancing and personalizing our Services, enabling us to identify and authenticate users effectively.
2. How We Respond to “Do Not Track” Signals.
A “Do Not Track” signal (DNT) serves as a mechanism to prevent web applications from tracking your online activities.
Your web browser may provide an option for you to express your preference regarding whether you allow the collection of information about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services. As of now, the Services do not acknowledge the preferences you may have set in your web browser concerning such information collection. The Services may continue to collect information as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
3. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies.
We employ cookies both independently and in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to gather information about your interactions with the Services. This may encompass details like your IP address, the pages you visit, and the instances when you view a page or open an email containing a tag.
Certain tracking technologies may be provided by third parties. These third-party entities might utilize the gathered information to present you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other tailored content, among other purposes. It’s important to note that we lack control over these third parties’ tracking technologies and how they choose to utilize them. The privacy practices of these third parties are dictated by their individual privacy policies and fall outside the scope of this Privacy Policy. Should you have inquiries regarding an advertisement or other targeted content, we recommend reaching out to the third party directly.

This includes the liability provisions for onward transfers. It’s important to note that in certain situations, we may be obliged to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including those related to national security or law enforcement requirements. However, any such disclosure will be done in accordance with the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or any other U.S. authorized statutory body. - A summary of the steps taken to resolve the claim.
- A description of the alleged violation.
- At your discretion, any supporting documents, materials, and/or a discussion of the law relating to the alleged claim.
