GlobalProReview Prohibited Sellers

Overview

At GlobalProReview, we prioritize an environment of fair and transparent competition for sellers, affiliates, and customers. To maintain the integrity of our platform, we have established clear guidelines that prohibit activities that could undermine the fairness or safety of the selling and promotional environment.

All sellers and affiliates using GlobalProReview Services must adhere to these guidelines to ensure compliance and promote a positive, competitive space. Violation of these guidelines may lead to various consequences, including the cancellation of listings, suspension, or termination of access to GlobalProReview Services. Additionally, GlobalProReview reserves the right to seek further remedies as necessary.

Enforcement: GlobalProReview retains sole discretion in interpreting, applying, and enforcing these guidelines. These guidelines supplement the terms set forth in the GlobalProReview Client Contract, which remains the primary governing document. In cases of direct conflict, the terms of the Client Contract shall take precedence.

Guidelines

The following standards apply to all sellers and affiliates on the GlobalProReview platform:

1. Cyber Attacks

You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activities that compromise the security or integrity of the GlobalProReview platform, including but not limited to:

• a. DDos Attacks: Initiating or participating in Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or any related cyber activities that disrupt GlobalProReview’s operations or any other seller’s or affiliate’s business activities.

• b. Circumventing Sales Process: Attempting to divert customers away from GlobalProReview to another website or platform in a manner that bypasses the GlobalProReview sales or promotional process.

• c. Unauthorized Access (Hacking): Engaging in hacking or any form of unauthorized access to any website, page, or system connected to GlobalProReview.

• d. Traffic Hijacking: Undertaking any action that compromises or hijacks web traffic, including unauthorized promotional tactics that direct customers away from the GlobalProReview site or those of other sellers or affiliates.

2. False or Misleading Representations

To maintain trust and integrity on the GlobalProReview platform, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• a. False DMCA Claims: Submitting false or misleading information in connection with a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown request.

• b. Baseless Legal Threats: Issuing fake or baseless cease-and-desist letters or legal threats against other sellers or affiliates.

• c. Invalid Subpoenas: Issuing false statements or fraudulent claims that lead to the issuance of invalid or harassing subpoenas.

• d. Fake Transactions: Engaging in fake purchases with the intent to dispute, refund, or chargeback maliciously.

• e. Review Manipulation: Posting fake reviews or manipulating ratings and feedback in any way, including soliciting or creating inauthentic reviews to deceive customers.

3. Intellectual Property Infringement (IP Infringement)

Respect for intellectual property is essential to GlobalProReview’s operations. As such, sellers and affiliates are prohibited from infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to:

• a. Trademark Misuse: Using third-party trademarks without permission, including in product listings, advertisements, or URLs.

• b. Copyright Infringement: Using copyrighted materials such as images, videos, or written content without proper authorization.

• c. Unauthorized Use of Creative Assets: Using third-party banners or images without permission or approval from the rightful owner.

• d. Bidding on Trademarked Search Terms: Engaging in paid search advertising that targets the trademarked terms of third parties without their authorization.

4. Interference with the Normal Flow of Business

Disruptions to the GlobalProReview marketplace or the activities of other sellers and affiliates are prohibited, including:

• a. Cookie Stuffing: Manipulating or falsifying cookies to generate fraudulent clicks or commissions.

• b. Keyword Stuffing and Spamming: Using excessive or irrelevant keywords or engaging in spamming practices that interfere with the normal search and browse functionality of the platform.

• c. Unauthorized iFrames: Embedding unauthorized iFrames to alter the customer experience or manipulate site traffic.

• d. Bypassing Seller Pitch Pages: Circumventing or bypassing pitch pages created by sellers to directly access final sales pages without proper authorization or context.

5. Use of Telegram Messenger (“Telegram”)

While GlobalProReview recognizes the importance of using various promotional tools, including Telegram, sellers and affiliates are prohibited from using Telegram as a promotional or advertising traffic source for any GlobalProReview offers unless explicitly approved by GlobalProReview’s Compliance Team. Unauthorized promotions via Telegram may lead to disciplinary action, including account suspension.
